WLAN Sync via LAN connection?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi,

is it possible to sync my vault from my via cable connected desktop pc to my via WLAN connected mobile device with the WLAN sync option? Both are in the same network and connected to the same router.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Yes, it should be possible to do it as long as they're in the same local network. Only your mobile devices need to be wireless in this setup, desktop or laptop can be wired.

    Note that WLAN Sync is only available with 1Password 4 for Windows at the moment, we'd like to add this to 1Password 6 as well but we don't have a timeframe on this.

    thanks a lot for response.
    That sounds great. I will test it.
    Currently I'm using 1Password 4, but I'm still waiting for 1 Password 6 with full local vault support and WLAN Sync.

    You're welcome.

    That's how I used to sync a while ago, I had a PC with 1Password 4 wired to my router and my iPhone wirelessly syncing to it.
