1Password 4 for Windows doesnt read the vault file

Hi! I've purchased 1Password 4 for Windows (I'm a long term Mac user). I've tried syncing using DropBox but it doesnt work. On the PC i already have another DropBox account so i cannot have the same one I have on my Mac opening on the PC. I tried by login in through DropBox web and downloading the vault file (the backup i made on my Mac). I saved such file on my desktop but when I try to open it from the "Open 1Password Vault" option on the PC it doesnt work (it cannot detect/see the file). What can I do?

    Hi @admo53,

    Thanks for writing in.

    If you can, you can work around this by sharing that 1Password folder with your other Dropbox.com account, so it'd show up on your PC. Any changes you make would show up in both Dropbox accounts. If you're using Dropbox Business account, it should let you use a secondary personal account on the same PC.

    Which file did you try to download? You have to download the whole .agilekeychain/.opvault folder and configure 1Password to open that folder, without going in that folder.
