browser has retained wrong master key and it won't let me change it when signing in.
The wrong master key comes up when I try to sign in to 1Password. But it will not allow me to change it - the box will not respond.
Also the link to 1password doesn't work in IE

You're seeing this because your browser is configured to remember the details of the last account that was signed into at that URL. To fix this, just click the "Change accounts" link just below the sign-in form.
Also the link to 1password doesn't work in IE
I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. Do you mean the link to sign into your 1Password account? If so, this is by design; IE doesn't have support for the cryptographic libraries 1Password.com needs to keep your account secure. If possible, please use Edge.
