Error 1001 when installing on Windows 10

I get "Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error." when installing 1Password 6 on my Windows 10 machine. Doesn't give any more details than this. How can I install?

Thank you for reaching out and giving us a chance to help you!

It seems that Microsoft .NET framework is out of date on your PC. Please install the latest one from here, reboot, and try 1Password again after that.

We are working on a new installer that will handle this, but it may take a while.
