Can't Run nor Install v6
I get the following error when attempting to install: Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'tmp810B.msi' in the box below.
The system I'm on is a new system. 1Password was installed with the Administrators account and I signed in with an AD account that also has admin privileges on the local computer. When I ran 1Password for the first time it gave me the above error. So I tried to do an install and same error. It wasn't listed as being installed I think logged in as the Administrator and uninstalled 1Password. I logged back in with the AD account, ran the install file and same error as above. How do I get it to work?
1Password Version: 6.1.308

Hey @dutchster, thanks for writing in.
This is a strange error. I haven't seen this issue before, but judging from the error you mentioned the installer launches but is then unable to find this package.
Can you try installing and running this tool.
Next, download and install the latest version of 1Password 6.If you're still having issues, follow these directions to create an install log:
- Uninstall any copy of 1Password 6 on your PC (your data will not be erased).
- Go to the original download location of the .msi and open a new command prompt by pressing shift + right-click in the directory, and select "Open command window here". Please note: you must have no items selected to see the "Open command window here" option.
- Next, enter this command into the command prompt:
- msiexec /i "AgileBits.OnePassword.Desktop-6.1..msi" /L*V "C:\log\OnePasswordInstall.log"
- Continue and complete the installation.
Once the installation is complete, go to C:\log\ and check to see that the installation log was correctly created.
Since your install log may contain some sensitive information, it should not be shared publicly and it would be best to send your logs via email to support+windows@agilebits.com. Just go back into the C:\log\ folder and attach the OnePasswordInstall.log file in your next email to us. Please reference this forum thread in your email so that I can get to your logs more quickly.

Hey @mohamedosman
The MS uninstall tool did the trick. I was able to install after running it.
Thank-you.
