I have family license 1Password 6 Version 6.5.1 (651005) from AgileBits Store I want to install on a windows machine but am unclear how to enter the license key

@mvigoda: If you purchased only 1Password for Mac, you will not have a license for the Windows version. But you can use your existing license to get a discount through the AgileBits Store when you "upgrade" to add Windows.
However, you may want to consider a 1Password subscription, since it will give you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data:
1Password.com
