How come I cannot add new passwords?
I am using 1password on a brand new PC (using the latest version of Windows). At first, the app worked exactly the same way it did on my Mac. But now suddenly I'm unable to add new items on the app (the "new item" is greyed out) and browser extension in Chrome only shows existing passwords. It's not longer giving me options such as generating a new password and remembering passwords. Please help! I've been a big fan of 1password until now - I can't find any help on your webpage that addresses this issue either!
Many thanks!

Hey @lisa_rohrer, sorry for the confusion here.
1Password 6 does not have does not have support for editing or creating new items for Dropbox vaults. Full Dropbox vault support is near the top of our list and while I can't give you an ETA, all I can say is that it will not be years, that's for sure and we are hoping for it to be months as it is a high priority for us.
If you're not using 1Password.com service, please switch back to 1Password 4 instead, which does support Dropbox. 1Password 6 is not an upgrade to 1Password 4, it is meant for 1Password.com users for the moment. We will keep adding more features to 1Password 6, so that it will become an upgrade to existing 1Password 4 users with complete Dropbox vault support.

Thanks @mohamedosman - Can I easily migrate my passwords to the 1password.com service? I have a lot saved so I'm weighing whether I should switch to 1Password4 or change over to your service. Any advice?

Hey @lisa_rohrer, it's actually quite easy to migrate to a 1Password account from 1Password 6. Here's the guide explaining all the steps.
Also, the 1Password.com service has a 30 day trial period so you'll have plenty of time to try the service out before committing to it.
If you do decide to give it a try, just make sure you keep all your Dropbox data so that you can safely cancel your 1Password.com service and switch back to 1Password 4.
