Vault icons missing when viewing list

in 1Password 4 for Windows

How can I add website icons (gmail, facebook, etc) when I'm viewing my list of websites I have saved passwords for? I can see them on my MAC view but my boss can't see them on her PC when she's using the app on her computer.

    @kellyschouten: If you're using the new 1Password 6 Windows desktop app, Rich Icons are not currently available while we address some performance issues they caused. We're working to fix that and bring them back though. :)
