Why am I asked to save a password I already have

Ever since switching to Family plan I am constantly asked if I want to save a password that I already have and just used to log in a site. I don't want to create a duplicate so I just hit cancel one or 2 times. Why is this happening?

    @RoyB: There could be a number of things going on here, ad without knowing the URL to investigate it's impossible to say for certain. What I can tell you though is that you can add an exclusion to 1Password Settings > Options > Browser > Autosave if you want it to stop prompting you. Otherwise, be sure to let me know the URL and I'll see if there's something else we can do to help! :)
