Migrate 1PW6 for Mac vault to 1PW4 for Windows

I am an existing 1PW6 for Mac user, but owing to the vast cost of the new MacBook Pro, I have decided to move to a Windows machine. I have just purchased the 1PW4 for Windows licence from you, but please could you explain how I can migrate my existing 1PW6 Mac vault over to my Windows machine and set it all up. I have downloaded and installed the Windows version, but not progressed past the initial 1PW start up screen which is asking if I want to create a new vault or restore from old etc. Thanks.

    OK, I found the relevant article in the KnowledgeBase.

    This process has worked. Presumably I can continue to use the vault it created as the primary vault for 1Password on this device from this point forward? No further action is required?

    Thanks for any advice you can give.

    It appears that, in you willingness to support us (or maybe haste to use 1Password your new PC), you actually paid for something you didn't quite need. As an AgileBits customer, your existing license entitles you to discounted upgrade pricing on your purchase, so I've refunded 50% of what you paid and you should see this reflected in your account within a matter of days.

    I think it's safe to say not that no further action is required, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else. We're here for you! :)

    Superb customer service AgileBits. It is really good to see a company rewarding a customer for staying loyal. So rare these days.
