Updating desktop software logs out Teams account

Every time I update 1Password, since a few versions ago, it logs me out of my Teams account. Is this intentional behavior?

Hey @zackd, this is very strange behavior.

Are you using the in-app updater or are you downloading new copies of each build?
After updating, do you need to enter your Master Password, or are you taken to the Welcome screen:
