Pending Changes

I've got a pending change waiting but its like that for more then a week. How can I fix this?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Win 7 Pro
Sync Type: Family

    Thanks for writing in.

    What about the other changes you've made, did they sync properly to other 1Password apps, including 1Password.com web app? I suspect the issue is with the item itself, the server is rejecting it. We're going to redesign Pending Changes in the next update to clarify the differences between offline changes (caused by network issues) and sync errors (server returned the items with errors).

    The best thing to do is send us your 1Password diagnostics report, so we can see what happened. Please use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.

    Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can confirm we got the email.

    Me too. Had Pending Changes. Updated to 6.2.332d beta and it's now "Sync Errors". Have emailed support with log file.

    Got the latest update but still got the Sync error. Send you the report just now.
