Problem downloading 1password onto PC/Windows 10

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I am an existing 1password user. I have a new PC Laptop and I am trying to download 1password but I get an error (error 1001 dll file problem) every time I try to install. Using Chrome and running Windows 10. Program downloads fine but when I run the install I get the error message referenced above.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Thanks for writing in. Is this 1Password 6 or 4 you're trying to download?

    To be sure:

    1. 1Password 6 is available from this page: https://1Password.com/downloads/
    2. 1Password 4 is available from this page: https://agilebits.com/downloads

    If you're not using 1Password.com service, you'd want to stick with 1Password 4 for now.

    If you are using 1Password 6, can you confirm what anti-malware solution you're using on your PC and what version of Windows 10 is installed, does it have the latest AU/November update installed?
