Hello,
i cannot sync 1Password between my iPhone 6 and my desktop PC (Win 7). It worked last time, but that was 43 weeks ago.
PC:

WiFi Sync
iPhone:

Setting

Wifi
Start synchronizing
It says the computer cannot be found, although both device are in the same wifi.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @gwspom,
I am sorry you bumped into issues with 1Password! Let's find out what is happening.
First of all, we need to take a closer look at your current setup. That is why I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Windows PC and iPhone. Here is how you can do that:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iPhone)
Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports, connect the dots, and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we get them, we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Hey Greg,
thank you for you reply. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a support ID by your BitBot. Only a standard answer:
"Hi there,
Thank you for writing in! This is an automated message to to let you know that you sent an email reply to a robot rather than replying to the wonderful humans on the AgileBits Support Forum.
Please log in to continue the discussion!

Again, this notification is automated, so please do not reply to this message – others in your forum conversation won't receive it.
Have a great day!

@gwspom: Yay! Thank you for the great news! :) I am sorry for the delay with the answer via email – we are experiencing a surge in support requests during this holiday season and doing our best to catch up.
Please get in touch with us if you have any other questions. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
Cheers,
