in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have been "messing" with the 1Password features for a couple of days and have some familiarity now but I still cannot find the proper way to use it (v.6). Can you send me a written guide with specific steps? I do not do well with video due to near-deafness. Using Win 10 and the extension is fine (Chrome)
