Rich icons show on one PC, but not another

I have 1Password 4.6.1.617 installed on two of my Windows PCs. One shows rich icons and the other does not. The one that doesn't work just updated to version 4.6.1.617 this morning, but still no rich icons on that one. How do I fix this?

Please try to download Rich icons in 1Password 4 by going to File > Download Icons in the main 1Password program. It may take some time, depending on the number of items you have in your vault.

Thanks, Greg. I've done that several times. It says it's checking the 187 items I have, then says "We have downloaded 0 icons. 3 icons could not be retrieved."

Can you go to the View Menu to confirm Show Rich Icons is selected?

If yes, do you have a proxy or anti-malware solution that might be blocking 1Password from reaching our servers?
