Can't sign in to 1Password Account from Win10
I have licence for 1Pass, and I've decided to try subscription account. I've downloaded 1Pass6 for Win, connected to dropbox and my old Vault is showing in. But I can't sync it to account. I go to Sign in to 1Pass Acc., copy QR code (I've also tried input data manually), when I Sign in, the progress bar shows in bottom left corner and that's it. Bar is animated but nothing happens. It was running like 10 minutes, then I

OK, I didn't restart my PC. Now it's OK.
