No promt to save to 1password

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Context:
I have installed plugin to Google Chrome
Having loged into (any) site the 1password promt to save to 1password does not apear

also - its as if the plugin is not connected to my account - as I can't find and seach any of my logins thats in my account (mobile - I know they are there).

what to do (I have paid account with you)

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums! :+1:

    It seems that you haven't installed 1Password 6 for Windows – 1Password extension in Chrome does not have any of your info and does not prompt you to save a login to 1Password by itself. Please, install 1Password 6 on your Windows PC, sign in to your account, and try again. You might also want to authorise the extension. :)
