How can I link a document to a login item?

Is there a way to link an existing document to a login item, replicating this way the old attachment feature?

Not yet, this is only implemented for the macOS version of 1Password, we'd like to extend this to all 1Password platforms but we're investigating for a better solution that's more cross-platform friendly and more easier to use.
