    Having trouble installing 1P6 to my PC; I keep getting the following message "Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error."

    Does anyone know what this is and how to resolve it? I have Windows 8.1 on my desktop and I just installed Password on my iPhone.

    I've split your reply to a new thread, I hope you don't mind. :)

    The error you see appears because you may have an old version of Microsoft .NET Framework on your Windows PC. Please download and install the latest version of this framework from Microsoft:

    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2

    Please let me know if it helps. You should be able to install 1Password 6 after that. Thank you!
