don't see the "window" to drag QR to get app

@nancycumming: If you're using the new 1Password 6 Windows desktop app, you can drag the QR code image right to the app and it will add your account details. And you can download the browser extensions from our site:

Problem more basic. Can't download the app.
Checked task manager & it's not there. Don't under stand why it doesn't download.0 -
@nancycumming: Ah, I see. Are you receiving some sort of error when you try to download it? Which browser version are you using?
You can download the apps from our website, but if you're using a 1Password.com Account it's easier to go to the "Get the Apps" page in your account. That way you'll have your QR code handy as well. Let me know how you get along!
