1Password logs our customer out of 1Password after 3 seconds
Has any seen this problem where 1Password app locks you out (of the app itself) automatically after 3 seconds?
We are using a Windows machine with 1Password v4.6.1.617
I tried to recreate this on my Win10. There is no problem. However, I can't generate a Diagnostic Report.

Am I right to understand that you can't send us a Diagnostics Report, because it locks you out after 3 seconds? If so, have you tried to completely reinstall 1Password 4 on that Windows PC? Does it help?

My colleague is seeing the 3-sec lockout problem.
I was trying to recreate it on my Win 10 machine, but the Diagnostics Report doesn't seem to work in either method.0 -
