Dropbox terms of service have changed - can I still use 1Password?

Dropbox changed its terms of service for free accounts and limits the number of machines that can link to that DropBox account using the Dropbox desktop software. Does this affect 1Password in any way? Are there any plans to offer 1Password syncing on other cloud storage services other than iCloud and DropBox?

    Hi @Rider,

    Thanks for writing in.

Your 1Password data wouldn't be affected on the supported machine but if Dropbox doesn't sync on the other computers, than your 1Password data will not be on these machines or they are but not syncing, so you'd experience missing items and/or items that are outdated.

Are there any plans to offer 1Password syncing on other cloud storage services other than iCloud and DropBox?

Yes, our own 1Password.com service, you can find out more here: https://1Password.com and why it is better: https://support.1password.com/why-account/
