I don't think I setup 1password correctly when I got started. I cannot sync between windows and my phone. I just purchased 1password pro and want to get it working

The best way to use 1Password and sync your data between your devices is 1Password account now – you’ll always have the latest version of the the app and your devices will sync automatically — no more thinking about Dropbox or iCloud when setting up a new device.
As for your situation, we have to find out about your current setup. That is why I'd like to ask you to create Diagnostics Reports from your Windows PC and iPhone. Here is how you can do that:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Attach the reports to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.
Please do not post them in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
