No automatic signin on Windows 7 Pro

I have the option to start 1password automatically when i sign into windows but it doesn't happen. Is there something I'm missing?

Did you check your notification tray area? 1Password starts hidden in your notification area, ready for you to bring it up via Control + Alt + \ or when you start using the 1Password extension in your web browser.
