Windows install 'interrupted' before 1Password 6 could be installed
I have currently got a trial of 1password for teams, and I wanted to see how it would work with the windows app. The download happens fine, then I run the installer and first it says 'The installer is ready to install 1Password 6 on your computer. Click next to start the installation' so I click next and then Immediately I get this message 'The installer was interrupted before 1Password 6 could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again. Click "Close" to exit.'
I have tried again numerous times with the same result. Another thread suggested updating .net or java (i forget which) but I clicked the relevant link and it told me I already had the up-to-date version.
Can you help?
Thanks, J

Hi @jennifer_hunn,
Thanks for writing in.
That usually is a sign of a damaged Windows' Installer cache. Please try this tool from Microsoft to repair the cache and you should be able to install 1Password 6 now.
