Does TeamSIK report apply to 1Password 4 on Windows? [No. The issues have already been addressed]
I have just read this article concerning the security flaws in various password managers:

I am currently running 1Password v.4.6.1.617 and would like to know if the discovered flaws are patched in this version.

About the 1Password security model
As for the article you mentioned, it applies to 1Password on Android only. All of the flaws outlined there were already addressed on September 27, 2016.
