1PW Browser icon- does not open 1 PW
On Windows 7, 64-Bit using Chrome...
When I click on the 1PW icon at the top of the browser, the 1PW dialog is not displayed, nor are any error messages displayed.
This is a routine occurrence, I generaslly have to reboot my system in order to get 1 PW working again, or I have to open the 1PW program nad manually paste my username & password

Thanks for writing in.
Can you tell me what anti-malware solution you're using on your PC? Do you have any security-related extensions in Chrome beside 1Password?
Don't restart the computer, instead, restart the 1Password Helper. To do this, open the main 1Password app, go to the Help Menu > Restart 1Password Helper, see if it helps.
