Windows doesn't sync.

Hi,

I created a new log in information on Windows 1password but it doesn't show up on my iPhone.

It works the other way around but not windows to iPhone.

Can you tell me if you're using 1Password 6 with your 1Password.com account or are you using a local vault in 1Password 4, using Dropbox?

Hi,

I am using 1Password 6(software installed on my Windows 10 PC).
I am not syncing anything through iCloud or Dropbox.
I just checked again, and I do not see the login information saved on 1Password on PC anymore.
Maybe I didn't save it?
Now that I created a new login information, it synced.

I thought I saved it (usually, I don't make such mistake), but I also did update the software in the meantime.

@kimsj756: Are you using a 1Password.com Account then, as MikeT asked? If you're not, and you're not using another sync method either, you won't be able to access the same data across different devices. If you are using 1Password.com though, you just need to login to your account on each device to access your data. Just verify that you're saving things to the vault you want to in the future, and you should be good to go. But we're here if you run into any other issues. :)
