Keep getting authentication errors.

I sent an email in early this morning and have heard nothing but an automated reply so I thought I would try here. All of the details are in the original message which is trouble ticket#ZMM-68757-893. There is also a diagnostics file attached to one of the replies I made to your automated reply.
