How do I import password vaults into 1P6?

I exported my vault from 1P4, but when I go to the gear in 1P6 and select import, the vault dropdown is empty.

Thank you for using 1Password! :)

Please try to open your existing vault (.opvault or .agilekeychain folder), instead of exporting it from 1Password 4. We've got a step by step guide on how you can move your data, here it is:

Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account (Windows)
