Use different email addresses for sites. Where do I enter?

I am adding websites to my new 1password account. I use different email addresses for different websites I want to log into. I see where to put in my password but not the email account which is necessary to login to sites.

Are these emails addresses used as a user name? If so, put it under "user name". If the email address is just for that site like for recover or something, I put the email address for that account in the notes of that login.

@prime is right here. If those email addresses are used as usernames, you should put it under "Username" field in 1Password item. For example, here is my test Zapier login item:

Also, please try to use 1Password browser extension to save your login credentials. Go to the website and try to sign in. 1Password should prompt you to save your credentials as a login item.
