Problem creating account
Hello guys, I've already discussed my problem with the support team in the message #JGP-92936-817, but since it's been Ia while I've been trying to solve this problem with no solution I decided to put it here too, maybe someone can help me.
I tried to start my free trial and create an account in the iOS app. Unfortunately, when the process was finishing I lost my internet
connection and the app failed to finish the process.
Now when I try to create an account again it says I already have an account and asks me to sign in. But as I never got my secret key or my
emergency kit, I can't sign in also. The support team tried twice sending me an account deletion email but I never received it. That's the only thing they tried until now.
