It's happened quite frequently since upgrading to 6.5.401. Bits from the diagnostic log:

Application: AgileBits.OnePassword.Desktop.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException at MS.Win32.Penimc.UnsafeNativeMethods.GetPenEventMultiple(Int32, IntPtr[], IntPtr, Int32 ByRef, Int32 ByRef, Int32 ByRef, Int32 ByRef, Int32 ByRef, IntPtr ByRef) at System.Windows.Input.PenThreadWorker.ThreadProc() at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object) at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart()

  • @ryanj sorry you run into this, are you using Preview version of Windows and what version of .NET do you have installed? That crash happens inside OS when it deals with touch/pen/mouse input. It might help to update system to the latest or install .NET 4.7, I've seen in release notes that .NET 4.7 has some improvements in touch related code. Hope that helps :)
