Mission impossible... Transfer to new laptop

Bonjour,
I currently have 1Password on my Windows 7.0 laptop + apps on my iPhone and iPad.
In Jan 2016, I bought 1Password for Windows (Single License) at $24.99 and I still have my key.
If I recall, I used Dropbox to sync...

I want to move all my stuff to my new laptop but can't figure out how to migrate my 1Pwd info... !!"/$%?&
I read all the online help but it didn't help ;-(

Please... please... give me a step by step so I can keep working...
