.NET v4.6.2 won't install

When I run 1Password 6, I am promoted to install .NET 4.6.2. I download it but it won't install. Is there other prerequisites that are required before .NET is installed?

Could you please specify what do you mean by it won't install? Could you please elaborate on that? Describe your actions step by step and tell us what happens next. Do you see any errors? Thanks in advance!
