An issue with 1Password v6.5 adding Local vaults staying open.

I have an issue with 1Password 6.5 when adding local vaults. Rather closing the vault, it stayed open, unknown to me that the process was completed, and I attempted the local vault multiple times on the same vault resulting in multiple identical entries a of the AgileKeychain.

1Password v6.4 and earlier didn't have this issue.

I've tried it again and it works properly now. I think it must have been an issue with v6.5.400. v6.5.401 does not appear to have this issue.
