What are all the vault files?

The "data" folder in my 1password vault in Dropbox has 82 files in it?
Can any of these be deleted?

@dougham: Don't! While you can technically delete these, they are, in fact, the items which compose your 1Password vault, so you'd be deleting your data. Please don't delete any part of your 1Password vault unless you legitimately don't want the data anymore.
