in 1Password 4 for Windows

I'm a long time user of 1Password for MacOS and iOS on my MacBook Air, iPhone and iPad. If I were to add support for Windows, would I have to go on a monthly payment plan?

    @Starflyer: Yes. Currently that's the only option we have on Windows, as the standalone 1Password 4 app is no longer being developed or sold. A 1Password.com membership, however, gives you all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data — so it not only gets you the Windows version, but makes it a lot easier to access to your data across all of your devices. And we do also offer an annual plan at a discount if you prefer that. Cheers! :)
