Hello @Seckalky,
I am sorry to hear about the situation you are in! Let's see what we can do here.
First of all, I would like to point out that this is a public support forum of AgileBits, the creators of 1Password. So I wonder if your issue has anything to do with 1Password? Do you use it on any of your devices? Maybe the password from your laptop is saved there? Please let us know so we could understand the problem better.
As for the issue itself, are you 100% sure that you don't remember this password? We have a list of tips that help our customers remember their Master Password and I think it can be very helpful in your case too. Here it is.
I will be looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
Cheers,

Did you record the password in 1Password app?

is there any way that can help me reset my windows 7 password, because there are many password saved in my iPasssword. I need to access to my windows without system re-installation.

It may be possible, but circumventing Windows account security is far outside the scope of 1Password and not really something AgileBits staff are qualified to help you with. :(

Apart from that @Seckalky,
Have you synchronised your 1Password data with another device in the past? You may get access to it there?
Another option your be to access the data from a system backup that you might've created. We'd love to help you as best we can but we have no way of restoring access to your Windows system.
Cheers,
Alex
