Scroll through passwords with Mouse Wheel.
I use 1password on my Mac at home, and Windows PC at work. I find that the interface at work is very painful to use, since I have 100s of passwords to scroll through. on the Mac, the mouse wheel or touchpad is able to scroll through the list with ease, but on Windows, it is necessary to continually click down to find the relevant account. To demonstrate how poor this configuraion is, take an example where you have a password at the bottom of a list of 150, and you want to "reveal" or "copy" the password. You "scroll" - using the arrow button about 100 times, then click on the account that you wish to get the password for. The list then disappears, and you have to repeat the process so that you can click into the account this time, and retrieve the information thats needed.
This software is probably the most important that I use in my day, and my only option at this time is to bring the Mac to work, as the windows version is sorely lacking. Ive seen other requests for the same feature, but they are years old. surely you cant still be working on it. ?!?

Hello @zwavoo,
Thank you for reaching out and using 1Password! I am sorry for the troubles with 1Password 4! I've got a couple of ideas I would like to share with you.
- There is no need to go through all of the Login items in your vault with your keyboard. If you go to the specific website first and then press
Ctrl + \
, 1Password extension will show you the list of Logins for the website you are currently on. - You can also click on Search in the extension:
It will open a search window, where you can find the specific login and use Go&Fill to visit the website you need:
- Moreover, when you click on 1Password icon in the browser or press
Ctrl + \
on your keyboard, you can start typing a search query right away. 1Password extension will find it:
You can then click on it and 1Password will open the website in the browser and fill your credentials.
Could you please give it a try and let me know if it fits your workflow? No more scrolling or arrow buttons! :) Thank you!
Cheers,

So is there no way to scroll through my list of logins with Chrome on a Windows 10 machine? I must use the keyboard to search?

Hi @ChuckOleary,
In the case for the older 1Password 4 version, yes as Windows doesn't have support for mouse wheel in that specific view we use.
We do support scrolling in 1Password mini via 1Password 6 for Windows. However, it is currently not available for standalone vaults as we're still building the newer version and including it as part of 1Password.com membership first.
