Ctrl-\ not working with Win 10 Creators update

Just updated to Creators edition of Windows 10 yesterday. Ctrl-\ worked for about a day then quit. Now it does nothing. Using Firefox 53.0.2 32-bit. Installed Chrome 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) and extension (from Chrome sync) and the 1Password app cant even find Chrome (extension install button grayed out). Works if I click the extension icon but I have my Razer mouse set up to input a ctrl-\ when certain button is pressed and login fields are present. Doesn't work anymore. Actually pressing the keys doesn't work anymore.

Ok, it seems a (fairly long) restart (for another issue) has fixed it. Guess something didn't quite "catch" with the update. The app now sees Chrome too. Go figure.
