1P6 / Chrome NativeMessagingHost error

Hi all,

This issue has come out of the blue so not sure whats happening.
The attached error pops up after installing the chrome extension.

I thought it was a .net issue so attempted to install the latest version, but I'm already running the latest of 4.7

Attempted to reinstall 1P6 with no luck.
Working fine with firefox though.

Can shoot through event viewer logs if required.

Thanks for reporting this and I apologize you're having this issue. Are you saying even the main program isn't working? That process is separate from the main program.

If yes, can you send us your diagnostics information from the Windows' Event Viewer.

1. Click on the start button to search for Event Viewer, open it.
2. On the left sidebar, expand Applications and Services Logs, 1Password should show up below here
3. Right click on 1Password to select Save all events as and save it as 'logs.txt', set Save as Type to Text (tab delimited) (*.txt)
4. Email that file to us at support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com and in the email, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.

Let us know here when you've sent the email, so we can confirm we got it.

E-mail has been sent.

The app is working fine.
The issue is only with Chrome when I install the 1P extension.
