I am using firefox. The icon is there but when I click it, nothing opens.

I tried the trouble shooting tips and the extension has been set to automatically update. I click the icon and 1Password doesn't open.

Hi @griepfam,

I am sorry to hear you bumped into troubles with 1Password!

First of all, could you please make sure that you have both 1Password extension and 1Password app installed on your Windows PC? The extension will not work without the app, so please try to do the following:

1) Download 1Password 6 for Windows.
2) Sign in to your account.
3) Try to use the extension after that.
