Unable to uninstall 1Password 3 extension

I cannot uninstall 1Password 3 extension as I am being prompted to do. It crashes every time I try to follow the instructions for uninstalling. I already have 1Password6, but it started malfunctioning and showed messages about uninstalling the 1Password3 extension. have spent about 2 hours on this and sent a crash report to agile bits, but I need help, please!!!
