Keyboard Shortcuts messing up everything

Hi, i am a new user been using Keepass for over 10 years now and thought it would be a good idea to switch to the cloud now. :)

Anyhow. im struggling really hard to turn off or at least change the Keyboard Shortcuts as the 1passwords shortcuts messes a lot of things up.

I am a coder and a designer so i use the: " { " .and ........................ Well i cant wright the opposite to that sign as 1password keeps popping up. But anyone knowing for example PHP or CSS like me are going nuts over this error or bug or mistake or whatever. Im going to copy this sign now and place it here: } <---- Thats the sign im talking about and to get that sign i normally press ALT GR + 0 but now with 1password app and mini activated that sign and a lot of other shortcuts in Photoshop for example are messed up. Just an example of photoshop shortcut that dosnt work now are: CTRL+? to zoom, (thats a default photoshop shortcut)

Please let me know if there is somewhere i can switch off your shortcuts totally or at least change them.

Im using Swedish Keyboard Layout.

  • Hey @rfourt,

Thanks for writing in. We're sorry for the inconvenience. You can reassign the keyboard shortcut in the preferences.

    1Password 4: File > Preferences > Logins

    1Password 6: Settings > Options > General > Keyboard shortcuts

Please let us know if this solved your problem, or if there's anything else we can help you with.

    Cheers,

    Alex

    Hey Alex,

I'm trying to find where the settings is because when I'm logged into 1Password I can't find it anywhere.

    Thanks,

    Liz

    Hey @AlexHoffmann,

Where is Settings, I can't find it on the website or on the google extension?

    Thanks,

    Liz

  • Hey!

The setting can be found in the 1Password 6 app itself.

    I hope this helps!

    Alex
