Teams : URL matching and Lenient URLs

Options

Are these two features coming to Teams and 1Password 6 for Windows as they are in 1Password 4? There is an issue with, for example, icloud.com and apple.com belonging to Apple but there isn't a way for 1Password to see them?

Thanks.

Hi @wkleem, can you clarify this a bit more for me? I'm sorry I just want to make sure I'm understanding your question 100% :+1:

    Hi

The screenshot shows the Login Preferences from 1Password 4 for Windows. There used to be Lenient URL (Mac 1Password v4 feature) but the feature but had its name changed or removed. I apologise for any confusion between Mac and Windows v4 versions. I have trouble keeping up with the changes!

@wkleem: Thanks for clarifying. Since the 1Password.com web interface doesn't integrate with browsers and therefore doesn't match logins, this really only applies to the new Windows app, so I've moved the discussion there.

And no worries about keeping up with changes. Things are moving fast, so it can definitely be hard to keep things straight! Currently the new Windows app does not yet have complete URL match filtering (exact matches, partial matches), so it always only displays any login for the current domain. Our goal is for it to have behaviour consistent with 1Password for Mac in the long run. But I can't promise we'll have an option for this once more advanced matching is implemented. It's caused a lot of confusion, so we may need to come up with a better solution and roll that out everywhere. Only time will tell.
