At initial set up and can't get beyond screen

    @pciribe: Can you tell us what you're trying to sign in to? Is it the website? If you mean the app, can you tell us which version you downloaded and installed? It sounds like Internet Explorer may simply be messed up on your system. Since that's the default browser on Windows 7, any web view not in another browser will use that, so it may be necessary to reset IE. Let me know what you find!
