in 1Password 4 for Windows

I'm sure that I'm creating these somehow but can't figure out how. Please see captures from the Windows app below. I do have a suspicion that it may have something to do with creating passwords when using the 1P extension in Firefox.

    These Passwords items you see in 1Password app is the passwords generated by you using the password generator in 1Password mini/extension. They are saved automatically in Passwords category, just in case you don't save a Login item after that (we don't want you to get locked out of your new online account). You can try to check it yourself now. :)
