    Hello @bobbyd943,

Thank you for contacting us! I am sorry to hear about your crash situation. Let's try to find out what is happening together.

First of all, I would like to make sure that I understood the issue correctly. Am I right to understand that you have two vaults in your Dropbox, 1Password 2.agilekeychain and 1Password 3.agilekeychain, so the former is used in 1Password on your iOS devices and the latter is used in 1Password 4 on your Windows PC? Please let me know if I am correct here. Thank you!

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Cheers,
    Greg

    Greg:

Actually the 1Password 2.agilekeychain should be the vault used on all four of my devices, the iPad, iPhone, laptop and Desktop. When I finished reinstalling everything on the PC this new 1Password 3 was created, and no device is able to sync with this new file. But I believe I have my problem taken care of, however, I am giving some thought to clearing all data and start from new to clear up all the files except was is listed as primary.

Hello @bobbyd943, thank you for your reply!

You should be able to open your existing1Password 2.agilekeychain vault by going to 1Password 4 > File > Open 1Password Vault... and choosing 1Password 2 vault file. Are you having any difficulties with it?

Please let us know if you need any further help or assistance, we are always ready to help you with 1Password. Thank you!
